Here is some advice from the expert:
Start by offering your baby very smooth, runny purees of apple, pear, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin. Don’t rush, allow the baby to direct the pace. If s/he doesn’t seem to be interested after a couple of attempts, you could pause for a few days and then try again.
