Healthy Sprouts Tikki Recipe: Tasty and Healthy Snack

We always run short of recipes  when it comes to  feeding toddlers and even ourselves when we want to eat something from outside but we can’t as we want to eat healthy.


Here’s something which I tried today and it was really awesome.


Sprouts Tikki:-




1 Cup- Sprouted Green Moong or Mixed Sprouts


1 Cup- Boiled and Mashed Potatoes


½ Cup- Oats


Chopped onions




Salt as per taste


Garam masala powder


Chaat masala






1- In a mixing bowl mix mashed potatoes, sprouts, oats, chopped onions, coriander, garam masala powder, chaat masala and salt.


2- Now grease your palm with little oil and make the tikkis.


3- In a non stick pan, add a spoon of oil and cook tikkis on both the sides until brown and aromatic.


Serve hot with green chutney.
