Panjiri Recipe With The Goodness of Flax Seeds

 

Homemade Panjeeri - how many of you love this healthy and full of nutrition food from Punjab ? Have you tried this ever?

 

Here’s the recipe for making panjiri:



Ingredients:

 

  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Groundnuts
  • Flax seeds powder
  • White sesame
  • Black sesame
  • Dry fruits
  • Chana Dal
  • Ghee
  • Sugar / Jaggery
  • Gond

 

Method:

 

  • Fry all the above one by one and mix it together and grind well.
  •  (Note: You should grind it into coarse texture here, not fine powder).
  •  It’s easy to make and can be stored in air-tight containers.

 

 

This Panjiri has nutritive value and should be given to growing kids and lactating mothers. It helps in weight gain in children and builds their immunity.

What quantity of each ingredient..pls mention
