Here’s the recipe for making panjiri:
- Whole Wheat Flour
- Flax seeds powder
- White sesame
- Black sesame
- Dry fruits
- Chana Dal
- Sugar / Jaggery
- Fry all the above one by one and mix it together and grind well.
- (Note: You should grind it into coarse texture here, not fine powder).
- It’s easy to make and can be stored in air-tight containers.
This Panjiri has nutritive value and should be given to growing kids and lactating mothers. It helps in weight gain in children and builds their immunity.
