This is a healthy meal and our all time favorite.

Overnight soaked oats with peanut butter,  choice of  fruits , raspberry and chocolate sauce, topped up with a vanilla sponge cake and dry fruits.

Ingredients:

Oats

Almond crushed and soaked in milk (I  usually make 2-3 liters at a time and store in the fridge)

Peanut butter

Raspberry sauce ( I cook Raspberry and Blueberry in water until all mushy without sugar)

Chopped fruits of your choice

A piece of your favorite cake or cookie

Roasted dry fruits

Chocolate sauce

Method:

  • Soak oats in the almond milk  ( I like overnight soaked oats as it has a lovely texture unlike gooey cooked ones),
  • Take a jar/bowl/ glass  and layer oats, peanut butter, raspberry sauce.
  • Top it up with fruits, dry fruits, chocolate sauce, cookie or cake
  • Drizzle some chocolate sauce and raspberry sauce

This is a wholesome meal in itself and you can enjoy it for breakfast

(Note: You can store soaked oats for up to 2 days)
