Trying to lose weight? Go for a diet bhel when you crave for  some  chatpata snack.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Roasted Oats
  • 1/2 cup of Corn Flakes
  • 3 tbsp of Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup of Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup of Chopped Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 cup of Chopped Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of Chopped Capsicum
  • Green chilli Chutney
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Paprika sauce
  • Salt and lemon juice 

 

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Garnish with some fruits (grapes & chopped apple) and mint leaves & chopped coriander
