It’s really getting hot with every passing day and every few minutes one feels like drinking water or something refreshing.

I have made this drink today, with fruit pulp and fruit juices, which will not only quench your thirst but is a bit filling as well. It’s tangy and beats the heat!!

Ingredients (For 1 tall glass):

  • 4-5 tablespoons mango pulp churned with very little water (Use chilled pulp)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon each kala namak and bhuna jeera (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon rose syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves or lemon slice for garnish (optional)

Method:

  • Take one normal glass and mix orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, salt and bhuna jeera well. Add ice cubes and shake it well, by covering it with a small plate or bowl.
  • In a tall glass, first add cold mango pulp. Then add the juice mix we had made. Let it settle. Add little rose syrup on it.

Garnish as per your choice and serve chilled!!
