Ingredients for Coconut Upma:

 

  • Fresh coconut water (500 millimeters)
  • Semolina (250gram)
  • Onion 1pic
  • Tomato 1pic
  • Green chilies 2 pic
  • Slot 1 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Curd 2 tbsp

 

For tadka:

  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1tsb ghee
  • Rai 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6 to 7  pic
  • Udad dal 1 tsp
  • Kaju 4 to 5 pic
  • Hingh 1tsp
  • Fresh coconut (1/2 bowl)

 

Method to make Coconut Upma:

 

  • Heat the ghee in a pan add semolina and sauté on a medium flame 5 to 6 min. Keep aside
  • In a pan add oil. In hot oil add the rai, hingh, Curry leaves, udad dal, half bowl chopped coconut, onion, tomato, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well. And now add the semolina, curd and all is mixed well after add the fresh coconut water and mixed well .now keep  10 min on slow flame. garnish with fresh coconut n Coriander leaves.
