When a celebrity child is born, the first thing next to their gender that creates curiosity is their name. While some of these names are rare and unique in their pronunciations and meanings, they do initiate a trend that sets in the common world wherein people start using these names for their babies too. Let’s look at some of the bollywood kids with the most unusual names we wouldn’t possibly have thought of.
Arik Rampal
Arjun Rampal and girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades recently welcomed their baby boy into the world and named him Arik. Arik means – “complete ruler; lion of God”
Nihal
Model-turned-actress Gul Panag and Rishi Attari are parents to a baby boy, whom they’ve named Nihal. Nihal means- “Joyous or Successful”
Nyra
Sameera Reddy has named her daughter Nyra after Goddess Saraswati and adds that the name has relevance in Hebrew and American traditions too.
Inaaya
Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu named their daughter Inaaya, which means a ‘gift from God’ or ‘one to behold’.

Haroon
Inspired by Salman Rushdie’s book Haroun and the Sea of Stories, Konkona and Ranvir named their son based on the same. Haroon, means ‘hope’ in Sanskrit and ‘protector or chief’ in Arabic.
