Falguni Nayar has worked as an Investment Banker with Kotak Mahindra for 20 years. Then she left the job to pursue her dreams. She started her company, Nykaa, in 2012 that sells cosmetic products online. Today, Nykaa is one of the most preferred shopping platforms for cosmetic products. Nykaa offers more than 850 brands and has introduced 35 physical stores in India.

In 2017, Falguni Nayar received the title of ‘Most Powerful Business’ by Business Today. Since 2014, Nykaa has been a partner of Femina in its beauty awards.

Radhika Ghai Aggarwal – Co-Founder of Shopclues

Radhika Ghai, equipped with more than 15 years of marketing experience in various industries such as fashion & Lifestyle, advertising and public relations, etc., became the co-founder of Shopclues in 2011. She was the first woman co-founder in India whose company entered the Unicorn club. Born to an Army family, her entrepreneurial venture started when her father began his health club. Today, Shopclues provides unstructured home and kitchen categories, fashion and electronic items, becoming India’s largest fully managed marketplace.

Suchi Mukherjee – Founder & CEO of Limeroad

Suchi Mukherjee, an Indian entrepreneur, founded her company Limeroad in October 2012. Limeroad is an online shopping platform that sells a wide range of fashion and lifestyle products for women, men and children. Now it also includes home, decor and kitchen accessories. Today, Suchi Mukherjee is a founder of a company and the face of e-commerce shopping in India. In 2015, Limeroad received the title of Coolest Startup of the year from Business Today. Additionally, in 2017 Suchi got nominated for ET Start-up Award by The Economic Times.

Aditi Gupta – The Co-founder of Menstrupedia

Aditi Gupta is an author and co-founder of Menstrupedia. Aditi and her husband created a comic book to illustrate and educate girls about menstruation. Later, they created a website called menstrupedia.com. In 2014, Menstrupedia partnered with Whisper India for their school contact program and presented the ‘Touch the Pickle’ campaign. Aditi’s book changed the perspective of society towards menstruation. Several schools use Mestrupedia comics to provide education about menstruation.

Priya Paul – The Chairperson of Park Hotel

Priya Paul is an Indian entrepreneur who is the chairperson of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels. At the age of 51, she was considered one of the most influential women. According to Wikipedia, in 2012, Priya Paul received India’s most honourable award Padma Shree Award by Pratibha Singh Patil (India’s Former President).
