A balanced, timely meal given force-free to your baby provides adequate nutrients needed for the growth and development of the baby. It’s quite normal that the baby wouldn’t just quietly eat what’s fed to them always.
The most common period when the children show eating tantrums is when you start introducing new kinds of foods to them.

If they refuse to eat newly introduced food options, it does not mean that you don’t serve them anymore. Try a few of the alternative ways to make them like such foods. Here’s how:
Children are very picky or fussy about what they want to eat. While introducing new foods to them, they might not eat them in one go.

One of the ways to make them like the new healthy food option that you serve is by serving them new foods along with their liked food that they are used to having. Try serving them new foods repeatedly with their loved foods will make the baby try the new options eventually.

Try about 15 times to serve them new options in their different meal hours. If they still refuse to have a particular food, it might be that they dislike it. Switch on to other food options.

Children tend to learn a lot of things from you. Avoid showing likes or dislikes to food in your meal, as they might learn to do the same from you.

Also, most of the children do not like eating greens on the first go. If that’s the case, try vegetables that are different in colour (red, yellow).

Another alternative is to hide the greens. Try mixing vegetables in their favorite foods to make them eat.
