Toddler Green Smoothies


1. 1/2 Cup Leafy Greens: Lettuce, Spinach, Kale Leaves
2. 1 Cup Liquid Base: Coconut Milk, Coconut water, Purified water
3. 1/2 Cup Ripe Fruits: Mango, Lychee, Banana, Avocado


1. First, Blend in the selected leafy greens with the choice of liquid base
2. Then, add in the ripe fruits or a combination of fruits and blend again
3. Serve chilled


Wash the greens and fruits thoroughly in a diluted vinegar bath of a small amount of potassium permanganate crystals diluted in water. This will get rid of the pesticide residue and any bacteria.

Although a variety of fruits can be added to the smoothie, Meatier fruits will give it a smooth texture making it easy for your toddler to accept.
