What To Eat In The Final Month Of Your Pregnancy:

This is the final stage of your pregnancy and your baby is almost fully developed. The only things that will be developing are the baby’s brains and the lungs begin maturing as well. Whilst you enjoy devouring your favourite treats, you should keep in mind that you can’t just eat anything. Since your digestive system is super sensitive, you should stick to a balanced diet with few cheats here and there.

-Fruits and vegetables- at least 3 servings a day

-Grains and whole grains- 7-10 servings a day

-Dairy Food- 4 servings a day

-Protein- 3 servings

-Water- at least 2 litres a day

Diet To Follow:

Eating healthy food will ensure a good health as you will have a happy and a safe pregnancy. If you eat right, you’ll be able to avoid any sort of a discomfort like constipation, diarrhoea or even an acid reflux. This will not just help you in maintaining a good pregnancy belly but also promote a good health for your baby. In order to attain this, you should have the following diet :

Your iron intake should be good enough to keep your baby and your health. Eat fish, chicken, egg yolk, broccoli, peas, lentils, spinach, soya beans, berries and dry fruits like raisin, prunes etc. Eat at least 3 portions of iron-rich food on a regular basis.

2.Fibre

Eat veggies and fruits and whole grain bread and cereals. You can also try to consume dates because they’re the richest source of fibre and its the best for pregnant women.

4. Vitamin C

Citrus is an important part of your diet during these last few days. Eat a lot of citrus fruits like orange, grapes etc. You can eat berries, tomatoes, cauliflower and broccoli.

5. Vitamin A

You can eat a lot of food products like spinach, carrots, cantaloupe and sweet potatoes as they’re a rich source of vitamin A.
