Women who have their first pregnancy always tend to have this question about what changes will experience or what changes they should expect during the pregnancy.
In the first few months of pregnancy, a woman might most commonly experience nausea and vomiting due to the hormonal changes taking place in the body and more or less fatigue at times. This nausea and vomiting do not last throughout the pregnancy and can be controlled by medications and changes in the atmosphere.
Besides this one might also see a few changes in the skin like blackish spots or rash in the cheek area and stretchmarks in the stomach area, mood swings, food cravings, breakdowns, constipation, and frequent urination. Mood swings, food cravings, and breakdowns can be controlled with a change in atmosphere, meditation or morning walks.
Mild vaginal pain and discomfort due to stretching of perineal muscles can also be experienced during pregnancy and it’s completely normal if not accompanied by bleeding, discharge, or if it doesn’t get severe.
