1. Fermented Carrot Sticks 

Ingredients: 

2 medium, peeled and quartered fresh carrots.

 ½ tablespoon coarse sea salt.

1 tablespoon fresh dill weed.

Directions:

Take a mason jar and make sure it’s sterilised.

Add the dill weed to the bottom of the jar. 

Add the salt. 

Then add the carrot sticks. 

Fill the jar with filtered water after all the above ingredients are added.

Allow the carrots to ferment for around five to ten days.

2. Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 cup fresh coconut milk

1 cup yoghurt 

1 cup fresh blueberries 

½  banana 

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Buttermilk:

Ingredients 

Water: 1 glass

Curd: 1 cup

Cumin powder: 1 tsp

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend them.
