Every decade brings about a change in a woman’s body. There still isn’t a final decision on exactly what is the right age to conceive. We’re going to tell you both the advantages and disadvantages of conceiving at 20, 30 and 40 years.
When you’re younger, you will have the energy to run behind the baby, but you won’t have a lot of money. As you get older, both your life experience and money increase. But when you are old, your body’s ability to have a baby decreases drastically, and you fall behind in the growth and development of your child.
Your Physique
This is the most fertile period for women. Your menstruation is regular, and your reproductive ability is at its peak. In these years, women can easily get pregnant.
Your Emotions
This is the age where the women are keen to progress in their careers. Ambitious women can choose to avoid getting married in these years so they can focus on their future. Many times, in spite of wanting to marry later, women marry due to societal pressure and do not enjoy being mother this early in their lives.
Dangers
From 20 to 24 years, the risk of miscarriage is around 9.5% in women. Because your eggs are still young and have the ability to produce healthy children, the likelihood of deformity in children is also less.
Your Physique
If you exercise through the course of your pregnancy and eat nutritious food, then you should not have any difficulty in your pregnancy. With this, your body will soon return to its old shape and form after the baby’s delivery. Simultaneously, conceiving in your 20s has been known to prevent breast and cervical cancer in women.
Your Emotions
In your late 20s, when you’ll probably have a stable source of income and have reached a certain level in your profession, you’re more mature and experienced. You’ll probably be more ready to handle a baby at this age.
Your Physique
By the age of 30, your reproduction and fertility will start decreasing. If you also choose to take a fertility treatment, your chances would be more successful than women of above 35 years. As you age, the likelihood of becoming a mother even after treatment is reduced.
Your Emotional Maturity
Women who have contributed to their professional work in their 20s are more fully prepared to take up the responsibility of managing a baby. They have a better understanding of the world. Their tolerance and problem-solving skills are also much better. These women can be sensible and independent mothers. But if they like to work, they are quick to return to work.
After crossing 35 years, women’s fertility starts decreasing rapidly. The possibility of becoming a mother decreases. The simple reason for this is that women, who are born with plenty of eggs, lose eggs with each passing period. By the time a woman reaches the age of 38-39 years, enough eggs are destroyed. The eggs that are remaining in her body also are old and weak. They have to work hard to fertilize.
Women aged 35 and below are asked to have sex with their husbands for 1 year without any contraceptive sex. After one year her infertility treatment is begun. In contrast, women over 35 years of age are asked to have sex without having contraceptives for only 6 months, after which they’re asked to start treatment.
There is also a high risk of high BP during pregnancy in older women. The risk of diabetes is tripled, and the possibility of birth deformation in the baby is also high. The possibility of c-section in women 35 to 39 years is super high.
Children of the middle-aged women may have a genetic predisposition. The likelihood of the kids being twins and triplets also increases. Scientific reasons behind this show that as the age of the woman increases, its ovary (ovarian) can leave even two eggs in the fallopian tube. For this reason, the sperms of the male can fertilize two or three eggs together.
Physical, mental and emotional changes
One reason to be happy is that women can conceive with the help of medicines. Her baby’s health depends on her own health. If the woman has managed to keep herself healthy, she can give birth to a healthy baby. If she has already given birth to a child, then this time their pregnancy may take a more severe toll on her because she may have to face the problems of hemorrhoid, bladder pressure, stomach problems and uterus problems.
So in order to enjoy the joys of motherhood, the best age would be in your 20s or early 30s.
