People around, often ask me why is my boy so amicable, social and very welcoming even to strangers. Well, my answer and experience to this somewhat twisted and somewhat straight question is, “Hail ladies, just be Positive!” There lies the secret key to this. I am sure many of you would be thinking “how”?

Now let me share my 9 months of pregnancy story, I have always been a very calm and easy going person. I stay away from tensions and troublesome issues, just like any other family, I had issues within the family, either it be certain family affairs, in-laws’ issues, adjustments with the new people in a totally different environment, faraway from my comfort zone; but the only thing that kept me going throughout all the rough patches was my “positive attitude” and an optimistic perspective towards life.

Well, nothing is perfect, which is the ultimate truth. Somewhere or the other we all have a messed up life; either it be personally, professionally, financially or be it any other way; first of all try to be calm. Don’t let your mind enslave you, instead enslave your mind. Don’t let any situation trouble you to the extent that it gets onto your nerves, specially when your body is busy nurturing a tiny living being in your womb. You’re a creator. Your body is very much like the soil that engulfs the seed and let it germinate a little sapling that would one day turn out to be a huge fruitful tree. Yes, but the quality of soil (I mean your body)very much relies on the food you give it mentally, I mean to say the good thoughts, the feeling of well being, positivity, hope of a better future with the loving family of yours. These are the food for your soul, that would very directly impact the baby that is been nurtured and growing within the mother’s body. There comes certain situations in life, when we feel completely broken and lost; but remember just one thing that will help you keep going is that- “Nothing lasts forever”. And as there is a famous saying that- “You sow, what you reap”; therefore remember that your mental and emotional health would be influencing your baby’s mental growth too.

I am sharing this very personal experience of mine, after a very close observation by studying and observing the habitual traits of a few ladies near to me.

So, be happy and spread happiness. Love shall ultimately follow you in the form of a little cuddly baby in your lap. Lastly, be positive cause it is the actual strength.
