Rukya Khan is a baby sleep consultant . Baby sleep plan is for parents who want to sleep train their baby. The plan is for newborn to 1 year age.  Baby sleep plan is not for Co sleeping families and not fully established breastfeeding babies.

The Plan will cover the below points:

• In first week of the session she will do full assesment of child sleep via skype/phone. Also  will provide steps for better sleep.
• In second week she will check the progress by skype /phone on daily basis.
• In week three she will check in every 2 days via skype/phone.
• Baby sleep plan will be for month .

Home visit services is provided.

Prior appointment is necessary for home visit .

Home visit will be only available on weekends.
