About Hanging Gardens Of Mumbai
The Hanging Gardens which is also known as Firozeshah Mehta Gardens are terraced gardens perched at the top of Malabar Hill, on its western side, just opposite the Kamala Nehru Park. They provide sunset views over the Arabian Sea and feature numerous hedges carved into the shapes of animals. The main attraction here is the Old woman's shoe for which mostly people visit this garden from far places.
There is no entry fee for this garden. All age group people can enjoy here.
Following activities are strictly prohibited in the garden:
Playing outdoor games like cricket, football, kite flying, exercise, running, etc.
Sleeping, drinking liquor, smoking, etc.
Feeding animals and birds.
Bringing pets.
Plucking of flowers.
Bringing and eating outside food.
Littering the area.
