They are total frauds! They provide maids as per your capacity to pay, and not as per the capability of the maid. They sent me a nanny, who I was paying 16k plus accommodation, and after 2 days I realized she didn't have any experience and I wouldn't even pay her half of what I was. Then I asked for replacement and they just kept ignoring me. Since I am working, my mom who is a senior citizen was following up with RESHMA from their end, and she started threatening her. The amount of grief she has given her is unbelievable and now when we said just give us our refund, they have stopped answering our calls. I want my refund
