I am a Mother of two beautiful girls, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula, Pro-member of the Evidence Based Birth Academy USA., and Breastfeeding Counsellor.

My personal experiences and work in supporting births have shown me how having a baby is one of the most intense experiences in a woman’s life. Throughout pregnancy, birthing and parenting, you will go through a variety of sensations. How you feel in your body, mind and spirit has a huge impact on you and your baby. Learning to acknowledge these sensations and working with them will help you immensely during this period and beyond.
