Everyone needs carbs, proteins, and minerals, but these nutrients are much more crucial for your baby as they are growing at a faster rate. Give your baby a balanced diet to boost his growth. Carbs-rich wheat is the best source of energy for your growing baby. Beetroots are packed with an abundance of minerals like Vitamins A, B, C, K and E and Calcium, iron etc.

Ingredients:
Sprouted Wheat, Beetroot, Almonds

Direction to use:
-Take 100 ml water in a bowl and add one big spoon of ByGrandma’s Sprouted Wheat and Beetroot with Almonds Porridge Mix and make it in a watery consistency. To ensure there are
no lumps, keep stirring while adding the Porridge powder.
-You can take the vessel to a stove and put it on medium flame. Keep Stirring constantly for 3 to 5 minutes.
-For better taste, you can add the natural sweetener like palm candy for taste (Optional)
-The Wheat and Beetroot with Almonds Porridge is all set to fill your baby’s tummy!

Caution:
Best served when the porridge is lukewarm.
It is not recommended to add salt and ghee in the Porridge until your baby turns 1 year.
