This package includes: 90 Minute session inclusive of -Detailed diet chart, tips to manage weight gain in Pregnancy, Post-Pregnancy diet and Breastfeeding diet along with outside food chart. -Tips to manage aches and pains in Pregnancy. Healthy Postures and Quick Remedies for Problems in Pregnancy. - What to expect in Third Trimester – various pre-labor signs, care to be taken to prevent premature labor. * This session is conducted by Dr. Riddhi Kataria – Physiotherapist, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Pregnancy Fitness Therapist at Fit for Birth. DR. RIDDHI KATARIA - 9920157437 / CRIDDHI@GMAIL.COM This session is recommended at 14th week and/or 20th week and/or 28th week and/or 32nd week and/or 36th week. * If you enroll for Pregnancy Fitness Program, Diet counselling session is recommended on the 3rd or 4th Session. * Diet Follow ups are done every 3 weeks of Pregnancy. In the 9th Month Follow up – Post Pregnancy Diet and Breastfeeding Diet will be given. * Fees – Rs. 1000/- for counselling session. No charges on Follow ups. * When you decide to take up the session, a diet evaluation form is sent on your email. Following which, a session is scheduled. * HEALTHY MOM HEALTHY BABY PROGRAM @ HOME – 90 minute session conducted at comfort of your home. Fees – Rs. 2000/- .
