About Informed Beginnings (Lamaze Childbirth Preparation) Sessions

Regular 3 hour sessions conducted from 24th week of Pregnancy to 39th week of Pregnancy for Pregnant Couples and Families.

Session 1 - Between 24th and 32nd week of Pregnancy - 1 hour session which includes Routine Pregnancy ergonomic Care , Aches and Pains in Pregnancy and their relief Methods, Various do's and dont's of Pregnancy, Warning Signs or Complications of Pregnancy, Premature Labor Signs, Prepartion to be done to have a healthy and natural labor and birth.
Fees - Rs. 8000/- for 3 sessions.

Session 2 - Between 33rd week and 36th week of Pregnancy - 2-3 hour session which includes signs of labor, pain in labor - how to cope with pain in labor - natural and medical strategies, when to go to the hospital, how to breathe or relax during labor, various factors which help you to have a healthy birth free from medical procedures, painless childbirth, induced or medicalised birth, csection and mother care post childbirth.
Fees - Rs. 3000/-.

Session 3 - Between 33rd week and 39th week of Pregnancy - 2-3 hour session which includes importance of breastfeeding, when and how to start breastfeeding at the hospital, various different positions and latching techniques to have an effective breastfeeding experience, foods to consume to enhance breastmilk production, various commonly assosciated problems with breastfeeding and initial baby care, taking care of newborn, various important ways to take care of the baby in the initial 6 months.
Fees - Rs. 3500/-

Above sessions are also conducted at the comfort of your home.
