About Pregnancy Wellness Program
Regular 1 hour sessions which consist of exercises safe to be done in Pregnancy to help stretch and strengthen your pelvic area for better development and growth of the baby and body, relief of aches and pains and help prepare for healthy birth experience. It also includes 2 sessions of diet care for pregnant mom. Recommendations - 10th week of Pregnancy onwards - Breathing and Relaxation techniques , Bonding with the baby, Diet Care. 14th week of Pregnancy onwards - twice or thrice a week of Stretching and Strengthening, Pelvic workout, breathing and relaxation techniques, bonding with the baby, diet care. To be continued till you go into labor or birth. Second trimester - twice or Thrice a week sessions. Third Trimester - thrice or 4-5 times a week sessions. Fees - This is for clarification - ONLY FOR BABYCHAKRA MOMS - Following are the packages available - this includes 2 diet consultations in the month. Once a week - 4 sessions - Rs. 3000/-. Twice a week or Weekends or Any 8 sessions in a month - Rs. 5000/- Thrice a week - 12 sessions - Rs. 7000/-. Trial Session - Rs. 400/-.
