Is your child not eating dalrice? U have fussy eater at home?? Dnt worry i have an idea of feeding them dal rice and they will eat by their own hands its that tasty!!
Please have a look for ingredients to make dosa.
*i have used broken rice ( v use this to make kanji rice)
*thinly sliced onion
* grated cheese.
How to make dosa:
*1 cup rice and 2 cup dal soak it for 6 to 8 hrs.
*grind it and no need for fermentation u can directly make dosas.while grinding add ginger
* mix salt, jeera powder snd black pepper powder in the batter.
*Start making dosa on dosapan, dnt make thin keep it thick put onion carrot and beetroot on dosa and cook it ,put ghee on dosa.
* finally add cheese to it.
*Dosa is ready to eat
* serve wid coconut chutney
