Still confused ..... We are yet again with a super easy and summer friendly treat.
Watermelon Fries with Lime Dip
1 watermelon cut into long strips like fries
2 tsp seasoning (chili powder, chat masala, salt)
1 cup yogurt
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup coconut meat( malai) ( blend it to make it smooth )
1 tbsp coconut sugar/ sugar
In a bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, and sugar. Set aside.
Sprinkle seasoning on watermelon fries
Serve with the dip and enjoy!
