APPLE PUREE:

RECIPE:

Chop An Apple Into 2 Halves And Boil It In Pressure Cooker For 3 Whistles. Remove the apple after boiling and mash the pulp or grind the apple pulp and feed to the little one. It can be stored In Fridge for 1-2 days in air tight container.

APPLE JAM:

Kids love Jam. But we think about the preservatives and sugar levels when we want to purchase. We can prepare Jam At Home without Using Sugar which can be preserved for 10 Days. It can be done in just 10 min.

RECIPE:

Peel and chop the apple into small chunks. Add 3 Tbsp. of water to 1 apple. Boil it till the apple turn soft and mushy. Cool it down and grind into fine paste and store in refrigerator. This can be used for Bread, Chapatti Etc.
