Take a Saucing pan, add oil 2 tsp. olive oil, & sauté 1 thinly sliced onions, 2 garlic cloves till onion softens. Add 2 cups pumpkin, salt, pepper and sauté till it changes color slightly. Add 2 cups water and cook for 10 min till pumpkin soften and blend into paste once it cools down. Serve hot with ghee roasted bread crumbs & melon seeds.
Blend any Sweetener Fruits and veggies and boil for 2-4 whistles and can be served as a puree. There are So many recipes like these. All the above can be feed to kids as per the age. Hope the recipes help you. Happy Parenting.
