Infant lunch!!

Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to everyone.

I am kickstarting my babys day with healthy eating lunch packed with full nutrition and good fats .My girl turned 10 months old and I Introduced solid food when she was 7 month


She loves this healthy food mixed with 1cup of

cows milk and half teaspoon of dry fruits.You can add quantity according to your baby's diet.

Recipe of mixed dryfruits:

Almonds 100gms

Cashwenuts 50gms

Pistachios 50gms

Raisins 10-15pieces

Walnuts 100gms

Roast them well .Let it cool down grind them finely in grinder.Store in a airtight container. You can store them in a fridge/Romm temperature for a month. .

i just followed one rule, No Cow Milk till one year! 👍
