It's very simple to prepare.. so let's start!
You need 2 bowls of puffed plained unsalted barley (this will be available in local shops or any super market), some red chilly powder now here use as per taste buds how spicy you want, some chaat masala (here instead of salt I used chaat masala as it gives better taste), bit oil & jaggery powder.
In a pan dry Roasted plain unsalted barley puffs on low flame to make it crispy. Toast for 3-4 mins. Now add red chilly powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, and 2 tsp oil mix well. Now here We have added oil so that masala gets stick on the barley otherwise it will not get stick but it will burn. Saute for 2 mins now add ½ tsp of jaggery powder to balance the taste and tada!! Super tasty Barley puff is ready.. 😊
