Development for a kid is not measured in terms of height or weight, it's actually the milestones successfully crossed in kids life.

Various development which we always look forward in kids life-

1. First cry

2. Neck muscle support to head

3. Rolling

4. First walk

5. First word

6. Teething etc etc.... There is no rule on parenting, it's just trial and error and we learn from each other experiences.
