Ingredients:

To bake the base:

1/2 Cup Milk

1/4 Cup Cooking oil

3/4 Cup Powdered sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla essence

1 Cup All purpose flour (Maida)

1/4 Cup Cocoa powder

1/4 Tsp Baking soda

1/2 Tsp Baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 Tsp Synthetic vinegar

Preparation:

➡️Add milk, cooking oil and whisk well.

➡️Add powdered sugar & give it a quick mix.

➡️Add vanilla essence & mix well.

➡️Then sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and sakt together into the liquid ingredients bowl and give everything a good mix.

➡️Just before putting the for baking add vinegar and mix. Immediately pour the batter into the greased mould/cake tin.

➡️Bake it in a preheated(10-15mins on medium flame) kadai and bake for first 10mins in medium flame and rest 20-30mins on low flame.

➡️Check now & then with toothpick for the readiness of the cake to avoid hard cake.
