Winters are approaching, moms are already worried about the skin care of little one. Here are few home remedies for Baby's skin care in winters

.breastfeed is universal remedy for all problems of baby ,feed him/her more than usual to keep the baby hydrated ,they would surely soil more nappies in less interval of time but more important is to keep the baby hydrated. If the baby is on formula feed then too give little more of it than what you give usually.

.luke warm water bath-instead of using hotter water thinking of the cold temperature, use luke warm water because hot water will make the skin more drier.

.Reduce bath play time ,3to 5 mins are enough to give him/herbath in winters .

.moisturise the skin after bath by using light oil on the damp body and then dab it with towel instead of rubbing moisturizer.

.Massage daily it increases the blood circulation, dont forget to put oil in belly button it supplies oil to whole body and keep the body nourish .

.Add oatmeal to baths.;A drop of colloidal oatmeal can be a super soother during tub time. You can also wrap a cup of oatmeal in a clean washcloth, twist it closed, soak it and then squeeze and drizzle the oatmeal-infused water over dry baby skin.

.cover baby nicely to keep him warm, instead of using thick blankets use the light ones and maintain room temperature as thick blankets would agaiin end up making baby's skin dry.snuggle baby near mom will also keep him warm and cozy.

.use humidifiers as air in winters is really dry .keep bowl of water in room when room heaters are on also keep some hydrogen generating indoor plants such as snake plant, sygnonium, moneyplant etc in room to get better oxygen supply as room heaters make the dry air more drier taking away all the moisture hence less oxygen too.
