1- Grind ginger and squeeze it properly so that all the juice present in it come out.. after all the juice came out add little bit of water n again squeeze it so that little bit juice left in it comes out...
Note :- u can use leftover grinded ginger in tea, sabji etc..
2- Now Add Black Pepper to this Ginger juice.
3- Now Add Honey to it.. You can use original Honey that is very good. But if u don't get it u can use organic one available in market or patanjali or Dabur..
4- Eat this syrup 3 to 4 times in a day n note don't drink water after taking this.. u can have lukewarm water after few minutes if u feel like drinking water..
U can keep this in a container..
Guys as its winter try to drink lukewarm water whole day it has many benefits also.. everyone is aware of it.. u can boil water n keep it in thermosteel bottle or if u have electronic cattle u can place it over kitchen countertop and whenever anyone want to drink water u can do it in it..
