Pregnancy is not easy for anyone

One must go through different phases to be a Mom

In this everyone wants to be Happy as no one wants to Compromise with their Baby

But the main thing is that HOW TO STAY HAPPY DURING THIS PHASE

The main prob especially with me is my Mood Swing

I cant Keep Calm and gets irritated on little Things

I must have to find solutions for this as my mood Swing can have adverse effect on my Baby

So I decided to changed it as soon as Possible.. Here are Some tips that Works for me😊 🌸KEEP UP A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE I gets irritated on little things and everything seems worthless to me...feels so lazy and exhausted during my early period of First Trimister. Thatswhy I Change some of mys Life Style as I get Up early and doing some little yoga,Eat Healthy,avoid junk and Oily food,Gets fresh air and go on evening walk 🌸AVOID NEGATIVE PEOPLE AND NEGATIVE THOUGHTS It's really hard for me to avoid any person but I have to do.I can avoid Negative people around me like those who says it's too early for a child and those who says it's too tough to deliver a baby and all because that time i think nothing can be more negative than this😅. 🌸YOGA AND MEDITATION Little Yoga and meditation can helps me alot. U can start it at home or join any Yoga classes U really feel the difference

U feel so Cheerful,relaxed and restored. 🌸DO WHAT MAKES U HAPPY It's the best thing to be Happy

Listen to music or watch movies spent time with your family and friends...just do whatever makes U happy. 🌸STAY AWAY FROM SOCIAL MEDIA This can be a one of the biggest reason for my stress

Agreed!!! I always woke up at 5am during my pregnancy, had a walk on the terrace for about half an hour or so, yoga session twice a day, cooking healthy food at home, reading, pampering my self by dressing up, doing make up, taking selfies, making vedios of me singing, cooking new dishes everyday, shopping, talking to my freinds and family on phone, going to salon etc etc. This all kept me sane else I have gone mad with all my pregnancy blues and few negative people around me
