1. Face time with your bestie.Nobody can be better then your bestie to talk out, vent out and just speak your heart out.. Just Dial in and laugh your guts out

2.Take a break from screen - I generally do that with a grounding exercise called 5-4-3-2-1. 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you cn touch and 1 thing I can taste.. try it out at home. I bet you will have a mood shift

3. Brew your favourite Beverage and Lock yourself for 15 mins with nobody disturbing you. Silence is needed to slow down your thoughts

4. watchsomething that makes you laugh. A comedian on youtube or cartoons with your kids or even some rubbish on tiktok.. the idea is to make yourself laugh

5. Pamper yourself with a bubble bath, or some face mask, aromatic candles etc. Self love is important step to stay in high spirits

6.Try sleeping early. With all the routine gone chaotic try sleeping earlier then usual.
