For people who are lactose intolerant : boil; on low flame the desired quantity of milk in a sauce pan with some slices of ginger and drink it warm.
(Works well for my hubby who is lactose intolerant, however try a small quantity first to check the workability and digestion for the first time and continue only if works for you)

My hubby is lactose intolerant or say he blames like that and do potty 4 times in a day. 😂
