Falafel

Ingredients

Kabuli chana; 1 cup

Maida 2tbsp

Garlic; 3 cloves

Onion 1

Parsley chopped 1/4 cup

Coriander leaves 1/4 cup

Salt as per taste

Baking powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Red chilly powder 1/2 tap

Green chillies 2 to 3

Oil for deep frying

👉Method

Soak Kabuli chana overnight night day drain. In a food processor or grinder add all rest of the ingredients ground to coarse paste . Do not over grind it will not bind. The mixture should have a dry, crumbly texture. Add a 2 to 3 tbsp water if it is too dry to form balls with your hand. Adjust seasoning to taste. Form the mixture into small size balls and deep fry in low med heat till golden brown. Serve hot.

💕Adjust the seasoning before frying.

You can also bake this at 180c for 15 to 20 min.

If you don't find parsley you can make this with coriander leaves also.

Do not over grind or make fine paste it should be coarse.
