Suji ka laddu
Suji =1kg
Coconut =2pcs ( you can even take 1pcs if you want)
Ghee =200gm
Badam =100 gm
Sugar =1kg
Milk =half kg
Kismis ,kaju and elaichi
Coconut should be crusted ,the crusted coconut and suji should be dry mixed and kept for half an hour .
You can even take kismes and kaju if you want to take.
Dry badam should be fried . The upper portion of the badam should be pilled. The badam should be mixed in the mixter put it in one side . 200 g ghee should be hot .The flame of the oven should should be less to fry the kismes and take it out in the plate . The crusted coconut and suji should be fried with ghee in low flame till the smell comes add some sugar ,badam and elaichi and should be mixed properly till the sugar gets melt add little milk till it become some sticky take it out .Wash you hands and make laddu .
