Hi Lalitha....yes dizziness is normal in pregnancy, and since your mentioning your Hb is low that also could be a reason...since your diabetic, I would suggest you always carry a sugarless lemonade bottle with you and sip as when required. Include one bowl palak in your diet everyday...if your a non vegetarian one egg white everyday. And if possible meat liver in any fry or curry form for the next couple of days should help boost your Hb levels.... continue your iron supplements prescribed by your doc
