Banana has rich source for Vitamins, Sugar Etc. bananas can be used to prepare puree, milk shakes, Pancakes etc.
BANANA PUDDING:
Take a bowl; add 1 Finely Chopped, Finely chopped Cashews, Raisins, ½ Glass boiled milk, 2 tsp. soaked basil seeds and mix well. Serve chilled on summer. You can add Pomegranate, Cashews for extra flavor.
