Carrot Soup

Ingredients:
Peeled & Chopped Carrots - 2 pieces
Water - 1 Cup

Method:
1. In a pressure cooker, combine together the roughly chopped carrots and 1 cup of water and cook for 3-4 whistles.
2. Switch off the flame and hold the whistle till all the steam escapes.
3. Let it cool, then blend it with the help of an electric/hand blender.
4. Strain it with the help of a plastic strainer, add to a bowl, and feed your baby.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby.
