1. Food: no packaged drink or food, homemade fresh food, include ragi, sattu- fibre rich food, wholesome food, fermented food and raisins.;
2. Water - Lots and lots of water. Nothing packaged or milk powders.
3. Oil: no refined, only ghee and cold pressed oils, add a spoon of ghee to all their meals.
4. Vitamin - d and b12. Check this with your pediatrician.
5. Active: jumping, moving, running all are important- consistently for a better stool movement. Malasana also helps. But most importantly holistic movement is important.;
