If it's used in only monitoring mishaps then its a boon but majority of the times the teachers are the ones who get inspected and regulated under cctv survialance.<br> For eg: why were you sitting? Why were you doing something else while kids were taking notes?<br> Why dint you take rounds?<br> Unfortunately the school/parents forgets that the teachers are humans too and no human can go straight from standing and talking and being active through and through. Plus there are so many other things to juggle and wind up in time.(and here i am not talking about any municipal or govt school teacher where they get hefty paychecks and yet majority of them don't perform to the mark, not all though)<br> International schools suck out the blood from the trs. <br> So we need to really define the purpose of putting up cctvs. And yes the way world is today, there is a need for it.
