Healthy and Easy Breakfast
Today in our caste we celebrate bachwaras ....

It's a festival celebrated by mom's were they don't eat Rice, Wheat and cow milk...

So today's breakfast was Obsessed with 🐻... Buckwheat pancake...

.

.

This can be eaten during upcoming #navratri fast...

.

.

Ingredients
1. Buckwheat flour half cup

2. Upwas Salt to taste

3. Curd 1/4 cup

4. Oil for roasting

5. Water for making batter

6. Ginger, chilli and coriander leaves chopped

7. Boiled mashed potatoes 1small

.

Method
1. Make a batter with all the ingredients except oil

2. Heat a pan

3. Pour ladle full of batter and for ears small spoon full of batter

4. Sprinkle little oil

5. Flip the side

6. Once done serve hot with dip of your choice..

Buckwheat is a good source of vegetarian protein and free of saturated fat..

It even helps in weight loss..

It is gluten free and rich of dietary fibre..
