Hello moms..... Today am Sharing an easy recepie of lobia ....though many moms know this,just wanted to share its benefits. Lobia or black eyes peas are rich in fibre,potassium and vitamins which are loaded with lot of healthy benefits. Potassium belps in muscle strength and metabolism.
And this is giod diet for toddlers and even adults too. Receipe: 1. Lobia (boiled)
Soak it for 6-8 hours.
2. Onion.
3. Ghee /oil .
4. Green chillies (optional for kids). 1. Soak the lobia for 6-8 hours.
2. Cook them in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles (for soft if for toddlers) .
3. Strain them.
4. Heat a pan,add ghee and then onion ,saute them.
5. When caramelized, add salt,turmeric, green chillies, mirchi powder.
6.now add the cooked lovia and saute for 5 minutes.
7. Ready to have them. You can just make a salad out of it ,after boiled.
