Here is how #navratri Healthy Mantra fast plate looks like.. Can't believe ?? But that's truth !! Wondering how is that possible ? Eating pancakes are allowed?
Well, this is raj-sing vrat pancakes.. 😊
Ingredients

✅ Rajgeera flour - 10 gms

✅ Singhada flour - 20 gms

✅ Sendha namak & green chillies chopped as per taste

✅ Roasted jeera powder - ½ tsp

✅ Chopped green coriander - 1 tsp

✅ Cucumber grated - 1 tsp

✅ Buttermilk ¼ cup

✅ Ghee - ½ tap to 1 tsp
Method

1. In a bowl above ingredients except buttermilk.

2. Now slowly add the buttermilk and keep mixing so that lumps are not formed.

3. Keep it aside for 10 minutes don't add more buttermilk because Cucumber will also leave water.

4. Heat a non stick pan or any pan which you use. Add few drops of ghee and put a laddle full batter. Cool from one side till is golden brown now flip & cook from another side. Serve it with coriander chutney.
