Home made shrikhand( gujrati sweet)

ingredients:

▪curd( made from full cream milk)

▪sugar powder

▪chopped cashue n almonds

▪elaichi n saffron

▪cherries, trutyfruty, rose patals( for garnishing)
method:
▪take curd in thin cloth nd make potli type nd hang it for 3 to 4 hours, so extra water from it coming outside and we get maska of curd.

▪ Add sugar powder in it and mix it ve properly

▪add dryfruits, cardemom powder nd saffron in it...mix well..

▪put the srikhand bowl in refrigerator for 1 hour, when bcms cold , garnish with cherry , trutyfuty nd rose pattels.

▪yummy n delicious n easy sweet is ready to serve..
▪tips::

▪srikhand can be made in many flavours..like fruit, kesar, ilaychi, mango, jelly, dryfruit etc..

▪just add from above things, after melt sugar,; to give your favourite flavour....
