Cook veggie little mac organic wholesome; pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente; drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Boil vegetables of ur choice (carrot & beetroot) drain & keep boiled vegetables & vegetable broth.
Melt butter and add garlic in a medium sauce pan.
Cook over medium for 1 minute.
Add flour mixed in a cup of water and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.add 2 table spoon of tomato sauce or tomato puree.
Stir in vegetable broth and milk and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens.
Add boiled vegetables,parsley/coriander, salt, pepper, red Chilly flakes and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted. Add little water to make a soupy consistency.
