Moong Dal Kheer . Moong dal is good for health. Rich in nutrients. Digests easily. Aids Weight Loss. Helps Prevent Diabetes. This recipe is grandma’s recipe. I learned this from my mother. The best thing we can prepare in just 20 min. Good for kids. . Ingredients :- Moong Dal – 1/2 Cup Water- 1 Cup Milk – 1/2 Cup Jaggery – 1/2 – 3/4 Cup Cardamom Powder – 1/4tsp Nuts & Raisins – 3 tsp Ghee – 1/4th Cup . Preparation:- 1- Dry Roast Moong Dal Till You Get Aroma. 2- Wash Few Times & pressure Cook for 2 whistles. Don't make it mushy. 3- Grate Jaggery & Keep It Aside. 4- Now Add Ghee In A Pan. Roast Nuts, Raisins & Keep Them aside. 5- In The Same Pan, Add cooked Moong Dal & Saute It For A Minute. 6- Now add Grated Jaggery & Mix It & Then add Milk , Boil For 3-5 Min 7- Now Add The Roasted Nuts, Raisins, cardamom powder & Serve Hot. . Tip: I added desiccated coconut. Storage: 2 days. Serves 3 people. Source: Amma. Yes @616da14c8054f30013c5bccd we can offer to kids as well from 15 months. Avoid sugar. Add dates powder or dates paste. May I know more about the food chart group please? So that I can post there too
